Note from Sharon
When looking for a new machine you might want to ask the following:
- Do you get a warranty-if so for how long? And what does it cover? Is there an extended, in-store labor warranty?
- Do you get classes? At the Bernina Center you get a minimum of 9 hours of classes free with the machine. The more options on the machine the more hours of class you get.
- What kind of technical support do you get if there are problems. How long will you have to wait to get your machine serviced? Will your machine be serviced in-store?
- Do you get discounts?
- If you are looking on E-bay can the seller supply a serial #. Can you get servicing on the machine or replace missing accessories or parts? Can you get classes?
The Bernina Center will close at 3:00 on December 24 and 31. We will be closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
